Learn to thrive, not just survive
Feeling stuck or burnt out in life? Want to learn how to overcome challenges without being set back? I get it, I’ve been there myself. These challenges can feel overwhelming. I know from experience that if you put in the work, it can get better.
My approach is an active process. By working together, you’ll learn how to:
Become a more mindful person
Live in the present
Embrace change
Confront challenges
Regulate your nervous system
Break unwanted behaviors
Create a more positive narrative
During our individualized sessions we’ll identify and develop a road map to achieve your goals.
In between sessions I’ll provide you with essential exercises, which will take 10-15 minutes a day. And, in a short period of time, you’ll learn the skills needed to thrive.
Coaching Services I Offer
-
Mindset Coaching
This is the foundation of much of my coaching practice. I’ll work with you to get clear on what your goals are, and what exactly is holding you back from achieving them. From there, we’ll work together on identifying limiting beliefs, replacing them with a more positive narrative, and work towards visualizing and embodying this new identity that you want to create for yourself. Because my goal isn’t to create a lifelong client, I will also teach you tangible tools and habits to incorporate into your daily life.
A major component of this service are tangible tools and actionable items. Because of this, I’ll provide you with worksheets and homework in between sessions. Think of this as less of a scheduled call, and more of a long term investment into your future!

Microdose Coaching*
Microdosing involves taking 1/10th dose of a psychedelic (often psilocybin mushrooms or LSD) 2-5 times/week. By taking this low dose (often sub-perceptual), you’re able to gain more self-awareness and identify areas in your life that need change. People who have undergone microdosing routines often report improved focus, better mood, greater emotional awareness, less anxiety, and better sleep. Microdosing differs from other modalities in that it’s most effective when you’re working with the medicine, rather than passively taking it and expecting results. By working with me while microdosing, you will get the most out of your experience and create lasting change.
A major component of microdosing is a daily tracker in order to measure overall progress. You might not notice any effects after a couple times microdosing, but will notice profound effects if you zoom out at the end of your protocol. Most microdose protocols last between 4-8 weeks. I recommend booking 8 sessions. This includes a preparation session, 6 weeks of microdosing support, and 1 integration session.
For more information on microdosing, check out ThirdWave’s microdosing resource.
*I do not provide access to illegal substances

Addiction Coaching
Addition can take many different forms: substance abuse, scrolling on social media, overachieving at work, etc. The commonality is the underlying identify that drives one to turn to an external substance or stimuli. You can abstain from a substance, but that’s ultimately a band aid solution that treats the symptom, not the problem. In fact, 90% of people that go to rehab end up relapsing for this exact reason.
By working with me, we’ll identify the underlying beliefs that support substance abuse, and replace it with positive coping skills. As Gabor Mate says “ask not why the addiction, but why the pain”. Per this philosophy, we’ll examine the source of your pain, and explore why that has caused self-medicating behaviors (ie. addiction).
The end goal for me isn’t necessarily to help you stop your addiction. It’s to figure out why you’ve turned substances in the past, and to shift that mentality moving forward.

Psychedelic Integration Support
Psychedelics can be incredible tools, but if you don’t have a way to integrate the insights into your life the lessons will become lost. There are many ways to engage with psychedelic medicine, from ayuascha retreats in Peru to recreating in nature.
By working with me before and after your high-dose experience, we’ll create a supportive container around your medicine experience. Prior to your psychedelic journey, we’ll set an intention and address any safety concerns. After your journey, we’ll work to integrate any insights into your life, as well as reflect on any mystical experiences you. had during your experience.
Sometimes it’s hard to find a support system that understands the magnitude that these transcendent experiences embody. I’m here to bridge that gap, and help you make sense of the mystical.

Ketamine Integration Support
Are you undergoing ketamine treatment and looking to integrate the lessons into your life? I offer support for specifically this. I’ve undergone dozens of ketamine sessions (using a variety of methods) and have learned the best ways to prepare for and integrate these sessions. After ketamine your brain is temporarily in a period of neuroplasticity, meaning that it’s easier to incorporate changes and form new neural connections. I prefer to schedule integration calls within 48 hours of your ketamine session to take advantage of this window, allowing you to reap the most benefits from your treatment.

While coaches and therapists share many attributes, the main difference is that coaches look towards the future to achieve goals, whereas therapists focus on healing trauma from the past.
